Materials:

Steel frame (cube): welded from square tubing, measuring 100x50x3 mm.
Facade decorative elements: composite panelling or galvanized sheet metal.
Walls: PIR sandwich panel with polyurethane filler; thickness 100 mm; heat transfer coefficient U = 0.24 W/m2*K.
Internal partitions: foam polystyrene sandwich panel; thickness 70 mm.
Floor: PIR sandwich panel with polyurethane filler; thickness: 100 mm; heat transfer coefficient U = 0.24 W/m2*K; OSB 15 mm board; PVC flooring or laminate.
Single-pitched roof with a 5% slope, ceiling height 2.4 m or 2.6 m – PIR roof sandwich panel with polyurethane filler; thickness 100 mm; heat transfer coefficient U = 0.22 W/m2*K.
Available thicknesses of walls, floors, roof: 100-200 mm.
Standard wall colors: inside – RAL 9010 (white); outside – RAL 7016 Anthracite grey (dark gray matte).
High-quality aluminium profile windows and doors with double glazing. Thickness of glass insulation unit: 24 mm (4-16-4 mm); number of panes: 2; number of chambers: 1; number of selective panes: 1; heat transfer coefficient: U = 1.1 W/m2K; light transmission: 80%.
Door without glazing: Hörmann type.

Standard equipment:

Complete electrical installation: LED indoor and outdoor lighting; connectors; sockets; distribution box with automatic fuses and leakage relay.

Bathroom installation – optional. Separate room with toilet, shower, washbasin with cabinet, water heater (boiler) with thermostat 30–100 L.
Air/air heat pump for room heating/conditioning.
Security shutters.
Electric radiator.
Additional windows, doors, etc.

Transportation:

Transportation fee is charged separately depending on the size of the modular building and the mileage.
