- We produce modular restrooms and bathrooms of various sizes.
- We offer 17 sq.m., 20 sq.m., 23 sq.m., 26sq.m., 29 sq.m., 36 sq.m., 40 sq.m., 46 sq.m., 52 sq.m., 58 sq.m. and other size facilities.
- Modular facilities are made on the basis of a steel frame: 3 mm thick welded steel profiles (cube).
- Possibility to install separate entrances and change the layout of sanitary facilities.
- Modern sandwich panels are used in the production of the modular facilities. The panels are made of galvanized, painted sheet metal with inner foam polystyrene filler. Thickness: 100 mm; Thermal conductivity: 0.38 / m2.
- Walls of modular facilities: 100 mm sandwich panel.
- Internal partitions: 75 mm sandwich panel.
- Roof: 100 mm sandwich board; bituminous coating.
- Floor: 100 mm sandwich board; 15mm OSB board; coating: PVC.
- Standard wall colors: Inside - RAL 9010 (white); Outer side - RAL 7016 MAT (gray matt).
- Equipped with full electrical installation (led lighting; switches; sockets; distribution box with automatic fuses and leakage relay).
- In addition, we can install: a heat pump for space heating / conditioning; protective blinds; electric radiators.
- Standard equipment: toilet, sink with cabinet, mirror, electric water heater (30 l) with thermostat or instantaneous water heater.
- It is possible to install showers.
- We can adjust the project of the facilities according to your requirements.
- We can install the module with additional windows and doors, we offer a wide selection of sizes and configurations.
- All our modular premises use high-quality aluminum profile windows and doors with double glazing. Doors without double glazing: Hormann type.

We produce leakproof modular restrooms and bathroom facilities. Facilities can be used on construction sites, during concerts and other mass events. Modular restrooms and bathrooms can also be installed in playgrounds, amusement parks or warehouses. Sanitary facilities may have separate entrances. Due to the good quality of the finish, modular restrooms and bathrooms do not differ from traditional sanitary facilities.
